So I went to the guidance office about a week and a half ago to get my Earth and Space science class changed to Biology (which I WAS taking in Mercer) because I'd already learned Earth and Space science in the previous three years IN A ROW. I finally got my new schedule and today was my first day in Bio with Mr. Chapman. It's now officially the best class in the universe. Not only does he acknowledge the fact of evolution, but he's from MERCER! (I wore my class of 2013 shirt today)And he makes the class SO. INCREDIBLY. FUNNY. Before the actual lesson started, he was talking about how when he was walking through his kitchen he got a toothpick jammed deep in his foot and almost had to go to the hospital and then after his whole big rant said, "Speaking of things getting impaled into other things, let's talk about elephant seal sex! Would you believe me if I told you that the female elephant seals are screamers?" And he made this incredibly loud, obnoxious sound you would hear from a dying mule. That was the lesson. Nice impression to make on me, haha. But it was an awesome class, regardless of the fact that it was canceled out when I fell on my ass on the icy sidewalk.
